        Our policy will always be "Humanity before Vanity"- We will not do anything to your pet that we don't believe is in their best interest. Your pets' welfare and wellbeing will always come first.

                                                                                       NO FLEAS POLICY

To protect the health of our staff and all pets in our care, we no longer accept flea-infested dogs and cats. If your pet currently has fleas, please complete flea treatment at home. Grooming appointments can only be scheduled 48 hours after treatment. Any animal found with fleas will require immediate pickup by the owner, and a $30 sanitation fee will apply.

Step 2: Make a Booking

🐾 Choose the Service You Need

  • All baths include a nail clip.

De-Moult

  • Our De-Moult service removes most of the dead undercoat using specialised tools and techniques. This process helps maintain your pet’s natural temperature regulation — keeping them cooler in summer and warmer in winter.

 

Bath &Tidy

  • Includes:

  • Paw pad trim

  • Perianal and groin area tidy

  • Eye corner clean

  • Face trim and tidy

 

⚠️ Note: If your double-coated dog requires a short clip, please book a Full Groom instead.

 

Full Groom

  • Short Cut (Summer Cut): 1.5 mm – 9.6 mm

  • Long Cut: 10 mm – 25 mm

 

Multiple Pets

  • If booking for more than one pet, please make a separate appointment for each pet or select multiple services.

 

🕒 Pricing and Duration

  • All listed prices and time durations are base estimates and may vary depending on your pet’s size, coat condition, and temperament.
    Please confirm final details with our staff when you drop off your pet.

 

📱 Booking Information

  • Use your pet’s full name and owner’s phone number when booking.

  • You will receive:

  • A confirmation text after booking

  • A reminder message one day before your appointment

  • A final reminder 4 hours before your appointment

 

❌ Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments may be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or No-Shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Pre-paid appointments cannot be changed online — please call us directly.

Step 3: Drop and Pick up

🐾 Paradise Pet Grooming – Appointment & Salon Policies

⏰ Arrival & Lateness

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • If you expect to be more than 10 minutes late, please call us.

  • If you are 30 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be marked as a No Show.

  • A 50% No Show fee will be charged.

  • A warning note will be added to your file.

  • For your next booking, prepayment of the full grooming fee will be required.

  • You are welcome to drop your pet off earlier, but grooming will begin at your scheduled appointment time.
    (Example: If your booking is at 10:00 AM, you may drop off before 10:00 AM, but we will start at 10:00 AM.)

 

🐶 Check-In Process

  • When you drop off your pet:

  • Our staff will check their coat condition and confirm your grooming requests.

  • We’ll also double-check your contact number for updates during the appointment.

  • If your pet’s coat is severely matted and we cannot achieve your requested style, we will text you for approval:

  • If you agree to remove the matting, a shorter haircut may be necessary.

  • If you prefer to keep the coat long, a de-matting surcharge of $1 per minute will apply.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop grooming if your pet becomes too aggressive or overly stressed. In such cases, a grooming fee will still apply for the time and effort spent.

 

📲 During & After Grooming

  • You’ll receive a text message 15–20 minutes before your pet is ready for pickup.

  • Upon pickup, your pet will be waiting safely in our fenced area, with their collar or harness on (if provided).

  • Please check your pet’s coat and style carefully (face, body, legs, tail, ears) before leaving the salon.

  • If you have any concerns, please discuss them with our staff before leaving.

  • Once you leave the salon, we are no longer responsible for your pet’s grooming condition.
    Any post-visit adjustments will require a new appointment and full service fee.

 

🕓 Pickup Policy

  • Except for 3:00 PM appointments, all pets must be picked up before 4:30 PM.

  • Late pickups will incur a $20 fee per half hour (rounded up to the next 0.5 hour).

 

🧼 Cleaning Fees

  • Normally, we do not charge any cleaning fees.
    However, if your pet urinates, defecates, or vomits and requires an additional bath, a cleaning fee of $5–$15 will apply.

 

🐱 Sunday – Cats Only

  • Sundays are for cats only.

  • To prevent dog bookings, our online booking system is closed on Sundays.
    Please call us directly to schedule a cat grooming appointment.

  • If no bookings are made by Saturday, we will remain closed on Sunday.

  • For the safety and comfort of our feline guests:

  • The salon door will be locked during cat appointments.

  • If the “Open” sign is displayed but the door is locked, we are working in the back with cats — please call us.

  • If the “Closed” sign is displayed, there are no appointments and the salon is closed.
